Annual Conference 2016
12th May 2016 - 13th May 2016
We are pleased to announce the HEURO Annual Conference which will take place on Thursday 12th-Friday 13th May 2016 at Aston University, Birmingham.
This year the focus of the Conference will be on the future of Erasmus+ in light of the EU referendum and the Mid Term Evaluation of the Programme. As we approach that mid point, the European Commission will launch a national consultation on the programme to date and henceforward. The HEURO Conference will ‘kick off’ this consultation. We have therefore included a session at which members can voice their views which will inform the consultation agenda. It is intended also that HEURO will make a submission.
The Conference will include an update and Q&A with the National Agency. As well, it will offer topics of interest to members, covering Capacity Building, International Credit Mobility and work placements. It will also include a ‘Signpost’ session where members in groups can discuss aspects of Erasmus+ with colleagues.
The conference fee: £170 for members, £220 for non-members, including dinner at the Custard Factory.
Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee. We will suggest hotel options in the next few days.
Please note that refunds will not be available for cancellations made on or after 28 April 2016.
We welcome you to our Annual Conference.
